RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for an exchange or full refund. Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, used or altered in any way. All tags, embellishments (including, but not limited to, fox fur pompoms), must be attached and the item must be returned in its original package.
For items purchased on goble.ca, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 calendar days of the date you received the package, to notify of your intention and reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization Number, which must appear on the outside of the return label of the package.
To return or exchange your merchandise:
- Email GŌBLE to request a refund or exchange.
- Items must be received by GŌBLE within 10 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.
- Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to GŌBLE.
Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please note: Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be returned to you.
You are able to cancel any item from your order, provided we have not packaged it for shipping. Please notify us promptly with any order cancellations you may have.
If you cancel an order after we have already packaged it, but before it has been shipped, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the item(s) that have been cancelled.
If your order has already been shipped, but you wish to cancel it, you may return the item(s) to us once you have receive it/them, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, plus applicable re-stocking fees.
